This notice explains how OWL TOWER GROUP, INC. handles information submitted through this compliance-service website.

Information we collect

We collect the contact, role, property, unit-count, inspection-date and project details you submit. If you upload a notice or image, we also collect that file and its basic metadata.

How we use it

We use the information to review your inquiry, contact you, qualify the requested service, prepare a scope or estimate, maintain business records, protect the website and comply with law. We do not sell inquiry data.

Property documents

Do not upload Social Security numbers, payment-card information, tenant medical information or other unrelated sensitive data. Redact tenant names when they are not needed for the review.

Service providers and retention

Hosting, storage, email-delivery and other service providers may process information for us under their applicable terms. We retain inquiry information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, dispute prevention and legal obligations.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, traffic sources and non-sensitive interactions such as form completions, file-selection events and clicks to call or email us. We do not send the property address, contact details or uploaded document contents to Analytics. Google may process device, browser, approximate-location and usage data under its applicable terms. You can limit analytics through browser privacy controls or Google's analytics opt-out tools.

Your choices

To request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information, email info.otgc@gmail.com. Some records may be retained when required by contract, law or legitimate business needs.
